Keep your girls healthy & strong this Winter!

7 week session. Mondays…Nov. 6 – Dec. 18, 7:30pm-8:25pm.
Designed for teenage girls between 13 and 18 years old, this Buffalo Barre class led by Danielle combines the best of Pilates with elements of dance, yoga and cardio sculpting to improve form, flexibility, and strength. Each class will emphasize correct form, alignment, injury prevention, and core strength. This class provides an excellent opportunity to cross-train for sports, dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, and other fitness endeavors. The cost of this 7 session series is $75. Autopay members, your man’s class is free. Non-autopay members, $25/couple or use 2 of your classes.

Transformation Spotlight

“I started coming to Buffalo Barre in April of 2016 and had no idea what to expect. I had never tried Barre before, but had heard great things, and Buffalo Barre was down the street from my house so I decided to give it a try! I was worried it was going to be too easy or low impact for me. Well, the first class was so hard that I was shaking in some of the poses and barely got through it. But I stuck with it 3-4 times a week and was amazed at how much stronger I was getting after just a few weeks. I saw inches come off of my waist and thighs (my problem areas!) and I saw improved performance in other areas such as my yoga practice and running. I was even inspired by Maria to train for my first half marathon, which I completed this past May. Since the classes are small, the other members took me in and made me feel at home right away. I have never been part of such a supportive community. Combined with a plant- based diet, I have lost 18 pounds, but gained strength, confidence and many new friendships.
