2 Cups Coconut/Almond Milk

8 deseeded Dates

2 tbsp. Fresh Aloe Vera Gel

8-10 leaves Fresh Basil

2 Frozen Bananas

1/2 Mango

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Ginger Powder

2 tsp.(you can adjust the amount based on your preference) Turmeric
