Q: What do you teach at Buffalo Barre and when?
A: Burn – Sun 10am
Light – Sun 9am, Mon 5:30pm
Sculpt – Tues 6:45pm
Power Core – Fri 6:45pm
Teen Barre – Mon 6:30pm
Q:Why are you passionate about fitness?
A: Fall down 99 times, get up 100! The look of accomplishment on someone’s face when they hold their 30 second plank for the very first time, or push past the shaking to make it through their barre work without “cheating” is why I do what I do. It’s not about building itty bitty model bodies, it’s about learning to believe in yourself.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: My hobbies includes building new playlists, drinking hot coffee and watching Disney movies! 😂
Q: Favorite way to relax?
A: Yoga & Bubble Baths (not at the same time)

A: BuffaloBARRE Gives Back Events

A: Moe’s 😍🌮🌮

A: Belle: Read great books, know that true beauty is found within, and take crap from no one!
Q: What do you like about Buffalo Barre?
A: The women who come to our studio are what make this place what it is! The community here is so supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey. It really is unique and special.
