1. What do you teach at Buffalo Barre and when?
I teach Mat Pilates Wednesday at 4:30pm, Barre Express Wednesdays at 5:30pm and I share Saturday 8am Barre Express with Maria!
2. Why are you passionate about fitness?
Fitness is my life. It was the one thing that I found that just clicked and it really is my life line. I don’t feel complete if I’m not being active! It has opened so many doors for me and I have met so many amazing people from it!
3. What are your hobbies?
Besides running and yoga, I love to knit and crochet. And I loveeee to read!
4. Favorite way to relax?
Tough one! Either a bath and a glass of wine… or a good book… and a glass of wine!
5. Favorite way to give back to the community?
I love teaching opportunities that allow me to give back. I don’t always have the time I would like to give to the organizations that I would like to, but anything I can do, big or small, I love to be a part of.

7. Who is your role model?
I am most inspired by the people around me. When I see someone step up to the plate, or lend a hand. When I read a great quote, or hear a touching story. It’s really every experience and interaction throughout my day to day life that inspires me and pushes me forward.
8. What do you like about Buffalo Barre?
Buffalo Barre is a place for everyone. We are a family. We laugh together, cry together, and without each other there would be no Buffalo Barre! It’s the students that keep me coming back week after week, the smiling faces and just getting to know everyone.
