Our next Challenge is right around the corner! We’re ready at Buffalo Barre to #ShapeUpforSummer and help all of you get fit.
The challenge starts on Monday, May 1, 2017 and lasts 31 days. In 31 days, your goal will be to attend as many classes as you can! Keep track of how many classes you take by filling out a #ShapeUpforSummer challenge board at the studio. To keep things fun & interesting, we’re adding MANY new class times and special class events. Take:
- 10 classes and earn a $10 credit to our studio.
- 20+ classes and earn a $20 credit to our studio.

New class time! This class follows the same buffaloBARRE® Burn format. The class is shorter and the class contains less recovery period time so you are able to do an effective, total body workout in 45 min!

As part of our #shapeupforsummer challenge, Elements Massage will be offering complimentary massages to our clients after our classes on Saturday, May 20, 11:15am-12:00pm.
