Bikini Body Challenge

Bikini Challenge Buffalo BarreWe know you love a challenge so we have another one ready for you! Our next challenge, the “Bikini Body Challenge” will take place from March 1-29. Take 10 classes between March 1-29 and receive an “Empowered Women Empower Women” tank.  

To help you achieve this goal, we have a “Bikini Body 10 Class Pack” for $99 (reg. price $160.) Sale ends March 1. Limit 2 per person.

We have several fun and new classes lined up for you including self-defense for women (chair and ground self-defense, gun and knife control), Zumba classes, Intro. to Yoga, Intro. to Barre (“Learn and Burn”), Tai Chi, Foam Rolling, added Mat Pilates time slots and more!

The challenge will end on Th. 1/29 with a celebration at the studio from 7 – 8pm. All are welcome to attend.

The challenge boards (to keep track of the number of classes you take) are at the studio.

Tuesday Teacher Spotlight!
Every Tuesday we will spotlight a different instructor from Buffalo Barre so you can get to know our team. Since Sensei Al was the first to hand in his homework, we will feature him first!

Q: What do you teach at Buffalo Barre and when?

A: Cardio Kickboxing on Wednesdays 6:30pm and Saturdays 10:15am.

Q: Why are you passionate about fitness?

A: I love helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Q: What are your hobbies?

A: Fishing, Boating, Beach Volleyball and Flag Football.

Q: Favorite way to relax?

A: Tai Chi and open hand Katas forms.

Q: Favorite way to give back to the community?

A: I produce fitness videos for cancer survivors, I’ve been a volunteer firefighter for 14 years, self-defense classes at Buffalo Barre, co-chaired the Flight 3407 5K Race.

Q: Favorite cheat food?

A: Pizza of course!

Q: Who are your role models?

A: Bruce Lee and Muhammad Ali.

Q: What do you like about working at Buffalo Barre? 

A: I like the fitness diversity that each instructor has to offer and the atmosphere is fun!

Teen Barre

Keep your girls healthy & strong this Winter!
8 week session. Mondays…Jan 22 – Mar. 12, 6:30pm-7:25pm.
Designed for teenage girls between 13 and 18 years old, this Buffalo Barre class led by Danielle combines the best of Pilates with elements of dance, yoga and cardio sculpting to improve form, flexibility, and strength. Each class will emphasize correct form, alignment, injury prevention, and core strength. This class provides an excellent opportunity to cross-train for sports, dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, and other fitness endeavors. The cost of this 8 session series is $85.
