Tuesday Teacher Spotlight!
Every Tuesday we will spotlight a different instructor from Buffalo Barre so you can get to know our team. Since Sensei Al was the first to hand in his homework, we will feature him first!
Q: What do you teach at Buffalo Barre and when?
A: Cardio Kickboxing on Wednesdays 6:30pm and Saturdays 10:15am.
Q: Why are you passionate about fitness?
A: I love helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Fishing, Boating, Beach Volleyball and Flag Football.
Q: Favorite way to relax?
A: Tai Chi and open hand Katas forms.
Q: Favorite way to give back to the community?
A: I produce fitness videos for cancer survivors, I’ve been a volunteer firefighter for 14 years, self-defense classes at Buffalo Barre, co-chaired the Flight 3407 5K Race.
Q: Favorite cheat food?
A: Pizza of course!
Q: Who are your role models?
A: Bruce Lee and Muhammad Ali.
Q: What do you like about working at Buffalo Barre?
A: I like the fitness diversity that each instructor has to offer and the atmosphere is fun!
