There are many reasons to take self-defense lessons. The most obvious is to protect your personal safety from those who want to cause you physical harm, but self-defense training can also provide many more benefits! It helps you stay physically fit, gives you confidence, and focuses the mind and spirit. Since you never know when you might need to defend yourself, it is a good idea to stay prepared by taking self-defense classes.
This special event at Buffalo Barre will be taught by World Class Karate Champion, Al Festaiuti on Saturday, Jan. 20, 11:30AM – 12:30pm.
Al holds certifications in Personal Training, Self – Defense, Kickboxing and Karate, and has prior training in Muay Thai, Judo, Taekwondo, Boxing and Kickboxing.
We feel that self-defense is so important for women that we made this a FREE EVENT.
